“I see Kristen once a month for prenatal massage, which has been a great support both emotionally and physically. She’s very accommodating to whatever space I’m in at each session, either offering a serene, relaxing space or a time to chat about my hopes, fears, & curiosities. I was so impressed with her wealth of knowledge that when it came time to choose a birth class, my partner and I chose to do a private intensive class with Kristen in our home. Her approach was exactly what we needed, a great combination of facts and tools without being too overwhelming. He and I both now feel better prepared to meet the challenges and joys of labor with some great resources.”
